見学では、貴重な昔の酒造りの道具や、歴史を感じる書物も拝観できました。麹の甘い香りに誘われて購入した大吟醸と酒粕が自分へのクリスマスプレゼントです。✨。山形の酒を、これからも世界へと発信応援したいです。。
Today I visited Furusawa Sake Brewery in Sagae for training. ✨ The fifth-generation president gave a passionate explanation, and the sixth-generation executive director’s kind guidance was also wonderful.
During the tour, I was able to view precious old sake-making tools and books that conveyed a sense of history. The sweet scent of koji led me to purchase some Daiginjo sake and sake lees as a Christmas present to myself. ✨ I wish to continue supporting and sharing Yamagata’s sake with the world.
