こんばんは✨ 今日は茶道のお稽古に行ってきました！ なんだか久しぶりで、ちょっと忘れていた部分もありましたが、新たな発見もありとても充実した時間でした。今夜のテーマは透き木釜の初炭手前とお濃茶。お濃茶は「星の峰、星の園」とお薄は「清城の白、小山園」というものでした。
お菓子は、わかつきの胡桃羊羹をいただきました。どっしりとした胡桃の風味と羊羹の甘さが絶妙で、ほっとしたひとときでした。お抹茶と和菓子の組み合わせはやっぱり最高ですね みなさんもぜひ一度、お茶の世界を体験してみてください。心がじんわり温まりますよ
Good evening ✨ Today I went to a tea ceremony lesson! It’s been a while since I last went, so I had forgotten a few things, but I also discovered new things and it was a very fulfilling time . Tonight’s theme was the first charcoal preparation in a Sukiki kettle and thick tea. The thick tea was “Hoshi no Mine, Hoshi no Sono” and the thin tea was “Seijo no Shiro, Koyamaen”.
For sweets, I had Wakatsuki walnut yokan. The rich flavor of the walnuts and the sweetness of the yokan were exquisite, and it was a relaxing moment . The combination of matcha and Japanese sweets is just the best Everyone, please try experiencing the world of tea at least once. It will warm your heart
