Good evening everyone! Today was the long-awaited first BBQ event of the year! Although it was a bit chilly at night, we prepared plenty of Yamagata beef and everyone seemed to be very satisfied. The rich flavor and tenderness of Yamagata beef naturally sparked lively conversation, and it was a night full of smiles.
