今日はとても充実した一日でした。朝から料理の仕込みに励み、春の旬の食材を使ったメニューを準備しています。蕗のとうやあさつきなど、この季節ならではの素材を探し求めていると、なんとミズバショウの花が咲いていました！その美しさには本当に驚きました✨。

Today was a very fulfilling day. We have been working hard since morning to prepare the food, and are preparing a menu using seasonal spring ingredients. While searching for seasonal ingredients such as butterbur and chives, we came across Asian skunk cabbage flowers in bloom! We were truly surprised by their beauty✨.
We expect that many customers will be coming to us for meal plans for a while, so we will treat them wholeheartedly️. It seems that the cold weather will continue, so please take care not to catch a cold.
