秘伝豆を二日間じっくりと水に浸し、油でカリッと50分揚げた後、甘い餡に絡め、きな粉で仕上げます。昔、甘味が貴重だった時代、「甘い豆」が人々の願いを込めて小学校の入学式に配られた由来があります。豆のようにまあるく、優しい人に成長してほしいという願いが込められたこの伝統の味を、この機会にぜひお試しください。
