本日は、朝日町食生活改善推進協議会の「モモイロメイト」の会員として、郷土料理レシピの特集「ばんげだなぁ」の写真撮影を行いました。今回は、よもぎの豊かな香りが広がる草餅を2種類ご紹介します。あんこが詰まったものと、香ばしいきなこで包まれたものをご用意いたしました。春の訪れを感じさせる初物のよもぎの香りは、何とも言えない爽やかさが魅力です✨。モモイロメイトの会員として、愛される郷土料理の魅力を伝える機会となりました。ぜひ皆様にもこの香り高い一品をお試しいただきたく存じます！
Today, as a member of Momoiro Mate, an association for promoting improvements to Asahi Town’s diet, I took part in a photo shoot for the feature “Bange da naa” on local cuisine recipes . This time, I’ll be introducing two types of kusamochi that spread the rich aroma of mugwort . We have prepared one filled with red bean paste and one wrapped in fragrant soybean flour. The scent of the first mugwort harvest, which signals the arrival of spring, is indescribably refreshing and appealing ✨. As a member of Momoiro Mate, this was an opportunity for me to convey the appeal of this beloved local cuisine . I hope everyone will try this fragrant dish!
