Hello! How are you all doing in this season when we feel the arrival of spring? At the Three Star Inn , we serve dishes using fresh bamboo shoots from Shikoku. The other day we received the first bamboo shoots, and finally we have harvested bracken! ✨ My husband worked hard to harvest the fresh bracken, and together with my 100-year-old mother, we prepared it. We offer it to our guests with the taste of home cooking and with heartfelt gratitude.
With the theme of “smiles connected by family,” we are working hard to provide everyone with a comfortable time! We all work together as a family to cherish this warm space. If you come, please take your time to enjoy the seasonal flavors. Also, the sowing of haenuki seeds is just around the corner.
