今夜も民宿のビッグイベント、健康マージャンクラブ様のBBQディナーを開催しました！️外の風が強くて少し残念でしたが、小屋の中での開催となり、お客様に美味しく料理を楽しんでいただけました。️✨メインディッシュには山形牛、平牧三元豚の味噌漬け、そして青森の比内鶏の麹パウダー漬けをご用意。さらに、おにぎりにはこだわりのはえぬきを使用し、絶品の味わいに！箸休めには、こごみのシーチキンサラダとキムチ、こしあぶらの味噌和え、そして白菜のゆず香味漬けでさっぱりと。✨お客様の笑顔を見るために、これからも心を込めておもてなしを続けます。次回はぜひあなたも参加しませんか？
Tonight we held another big event at the guesthouse, a BBQ dinner for the Healthy Mahjong Club! ️It was a little disappointing that the wind was strong outside, but the event was held inside the hut and our guests enjoyed the delicious food. ️✨The main dishes were Yamagata beef, Hiramaki Sangen pork marinated in miso, and Aomori’s Hinai chicken marinated in koji powder. In addition, we used our special Haenuki rice for the rice balls, giving them an exquisite taste! For a palate cleanser, we had a kogomi tuna salad with kimchi, miso-dressed strained abura, and a refreshing dish of Chinese cabbage marinated in yuzu fragrant. ✨We will continue to provide hospitality with all our hearts to see our guests smile.
