こんばんは。本日、私が立ち会い人を務めた朝日町川通第17投票所は、驚くことに100%の投票率を記録し、無事に投票を終えることができました✉️。この達成はコミュニティ全体の参加意識の高さを示しています。会場となった公民館は、残念ながら冷暖房の設備がないため、34℃の暑さの中で12時間を過ごすのはなかなか大変でした。
しかし、この経験を通じて、地震や洪水などの災害時に避難所となる公民館の設備改善が急務であることを再認識しました。冷暖房設備が整わないと、避難所としての機能を発揮することが難しいという課題が浮き彫りになりました。この問題を今後、地域の方々と協議し、改善に向けて進めていくべきだと感じています。
不便の中にも良い学びがあったことが、不幸中の幸いでした。未来のより良い環境作りに向けて頑張ります✨。
Good evening . Today, the Asahimachi Kawadori 17th polling station, where I served as an observer, surprisingly recorded a 100% voter turnout and was able to finish voting safely ✉️. This achievement shows the high level of participation of the entire community. Unfortunately, the venue, the community center, did not have any heating or cooling facilities, so it was quite difficult to spend 12 hours in the heat of 34 degrees Celsius .
However, through this experience, I realized once again that it is urgent to improve the facilities of community centers that serve as evacuation shelters in the event of disasters such as earthquakes and floods . The issue that it is difficult to function as an evacuation shelter without heating and cooling facilities has been highlighted. I feel that this issue should be discussed with local residents in the future and moved forward toward improvement .
It was a blessing in disguise that we learned something good from the inconvenience . I will do my best to create a better environment in the future ✨.
