今日は朝日町で行われた食育事業に参加し、あさひ保育園の子供たちと楽しいひとときを過ごしました✨。食育は「もったい王子」として演じ、子どもたちに食べ物を残さずに食べる大切さを伝えるエプロンシアターを行いました。みんなの真剣な眼差しがとても印象的で、給食の時間も一緒に過ごしましたが、元気な4歳児たちと食べたランチは格別でした。
私たち食生活改善推進委員の活動はこれからも続きます。未来を担う子供たちへの食育だけでなく、高齢者の低栄養やロコモティブシンドロームの予防にも力を入れています。また、地域の郷土料理を次の世代へ伝えるための活動も行っています。自治体とのコラボレーションで、より良い健康づくりを目指すボランティア活動を続けていきます。皆さんも一緒に健康な未来を目指しませんか？
Today, I participated in a food education event held in Asahi Town and had a great time with the children of Asahi Nursery School✨. For food education, I performed as “Motai Prince” and did an apron theater to teach the children the importance of eating everything without leaving any food. The serious look in everyone’s eyes was very impressive, and we spent lunch time together, but the lunch I had with the energetic 4-year-olds was exceptional.
The activities of our Eating Life Improvement Promotion Committee will continue from now on. In addition to food education for children who will lead the future, we are also focusing on preventing malnutrition and locomotive syndrome in the elderly. We are also working to pass on local cuisine to the next generation. In collaboration with local governments, we will continue volunteer activities aimed at improving health.
