Good morning! Last night, for the first time in a while, I was able to enjoy a tea ceremony lesson with many of you. Even those who participated for the first time got used to sitting in seiza and proceeded with the lesson on thick and thin tea! Bonjour ! Hier soir, pour la première fois depuis longtemps, j’ai pu profiter d’une leçon de cérémonie du thé avec beaucoup d’entre vous. Même ceux qui participaient pour la première fois ont pris l’habitude de s’asseoir en seiza et ont poursuivi la leçon sur le thé épais et le thé clair ! Grâce à la concentration et à l’enthousiasme de tous, nous avons pu partager un merveilleux moment ensemble. ✨Passer du temps à apaiser et à unifier l’esprit grâce au thé est vraiment précieux.
