今日は、一日農業委員として活動し、推進委員や実行長の皆さんと現地調査を行いました。この日の調査で、荒廃する農地の現状を目の当たりにし、深い憂いを感じずにはいられませんでした。それぞれの地域が抱える問題や課題は異なり、多様な要素が絡んでいますが、どれも解決が急務です⏳。
農地の荒廃が進む理由は多岐にわたりますが、特に高齢化や後継者不足♂️により、耕作放棄される場面が増えています。これを食い止め、地域の農業を活気あるものにするためには、地方の魅力ある施策が必要です。
私たちは明るい農業の未来を創るために、より一層の努力が必要です。地域での連携を強化し、若い世代の農業参入を支援し続けることで、持続可能な農村社会を目指していきます。
