今夜は、心を込めて調理した米沢牛の芋煮と芋煮カレーをはじめ、秋刀魚の塩焼きと山形セルリのピクルス、カリカリ青うめ、そしてクリームチーズの味噌汁をご提供いたしました。さらに、きゅうりとミニトマトのサラダ、クラゲときゅうりのあえもの、きゅうり漬けも皆様にご好評いただきました。涼やかな夜にぴったりな味わいを楽しんでいただけたことを嬉しく思っております。

Tonight, we served our lovingly prepared Yonezawa beef stew and stew curry, as well as grilled pacific saury, pickled Yamagata celery, crunchy green plums, and cream cheese miso soup. Our cucumber and cherry tomato salad, jellyfish and cucumber salad, and pickled cucumber were also well-received . We are delighted that you enjoyed the flavors, perfect for a cool evening.
