本日はお足元の悪い中、朝日町芸術文化祭に足を運んでいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。宗代の会では、創遊館にて甜茶版に立礼のお手前を披露させていただきました。この日は100名を超えるお客様に、町内の新光堂の和菓子「初霜」をご提供し、お抹茶には清城の白を使用いたしました。主椀は風情ある銀杏の金箔で飾り、手が震えるほど緊張する若手もおりましたが、無事に務めることができました✨。小学一年生から70代までの幅広い世代が参加する私たちの社中は、これからも朝日町の芸術文化の発展に貢献できるよう、日常の稽古を大切にしながら精進してまいります。皆様の温かいご支援、今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended the Asahi Town Arts and Culture Festival today, despite the poor weather. Our group, the Sodai-kai, performed a standing tea ceremony with sweet tea at the Soyukan. We served over 100 guests with “Hatsushimo,” a Japanese sweet from Shinkodo, a local company, and used white tea from Seijo for the matcha. The main bowl was decorated with elegant ginkgo leaf. Some of our young members were so nervous that their hands were shaking, but they performed without a hitch. ✨ Our group, whose members range in age from first graders to those in their 70s, will continue to devote themselves to daily practice and contribute to the development of Asahi Town’s arts and culture.
