本日も皆さまのおかげでにぎやかな1日を過ごすことができました✨今朝はフランスからいらっしゃった新婚のお客様がチェックアウトされ、幸せいっぱいのお二人をお見送りできて私たちも嬉しかったですその後は、村山市西郷地区からの食生活改善推進協議会の皆さまに「だいちゃん農園やよいひめ膳スペシャルランチ」をご堪能いただきました️
本日のおもてなしは、地元の恵みをふんだんに使ったスペシャルメニュー！米沢牛の芋煮や栗おこわ、秋を感じるアケビのポテトコロッケグラタン、色とりどりの有機野菜の天ぷらなど、心を込めてご用意しました。新鮮なりんごジュースと新茶とともに、ご完食いただけて光栄です

Thanks to everyone, we had another lively day today! ✨ This morning, our newlyweds from France checked out, and we were delighted to see them off as a happy couple. Afterward, members of the Dietary Improvement Promotion Council from Saigo District, Murayama City, enjoyed the “Daichan Farm Yayoihime Special Lunch.” ️
Today’s special menu, featuring an abundance of local produce, was a heartfelt treat: Yonezawa beef stewed in sweet potato, chestnut rice, autumn-inspired Akebia potato croquette gratin, and colorful organic vegetable tempura. We were honored to see everyone savory, accompanied by fresh apple juice and new tea.

Merci à tous, nous avons passé une excellente journée ! ✨ Ce matin, nos jeunes mariés français ont quitté l’hôtel et nous étions ravis de les voir partir, rayonnants de bonheur. Ensuite, les membres du Conseil de promotion de l’amélioration de l’alimentation du district de Saigo, à Murayama, ont dégusté le « Déjeuner spécial Yayoihime de la ferme Daichan ». ️
Le menu du jour, composé de nombreux produits locaux, était un véritable régal : bœuf de Yonezawa mijoté à la patate douce, riz aux châtaignes, gratin de croquettes de pommes de terre Akebia aux saveurs automnales et tempura de légumes bio colorés. Nous étions honorés de voir tout le monde se régaler, accompagné de jus de pomme frais et de thé nouveau.
