We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Yamagata Branch of the Tohoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office for this heartwarming interview and for visiting our farm today. We spoke about the activities of the Farm Stay Promotion Council and the operation of our guesthouse, along with our thoughts on the matter. In particular, we emphasized the need to utilize vacant homes and idle farmland and support new farmers in order to brighten the future of agriculture in Yamagata Prefecture.
We also asked for further cooperation so that we can contribute to the local community by accepting volunteers and providing food support in times of disaster. Our hope is that you will enjoy Yamagata’s traditional cuisine as gastronomy and fully appreciate Yamagata.
