今日は、朝日町食生活改善推進協議会にて、楽しくラーメン手打ち教室を開催しました✨。講師は大江町からお越しの元朝日町職員、西田先生です！まずは皆さんに手打ちの基本を学んでいただき、ストレート麺とちぢれ麺の2種類を実際に作っていただきました。参加者の皆様からは「美味しさに驚いた！」「ラーメン店を開きたくなっちゃうね」と嬉しいお声をいただき、とても賑やかな時間となりました。
ラーメンづくりの楽しさと奥深さを感じていただけたようで、私たちも嬉しい限りです。これからも、みなさまに楽しんでいただけるイベントを企画してまいります。西田先生、本日も素晴らしいご指導ありがとうございました！
Today, we held a fun ramen making class at the Asahi Town Dietary Life Improvement Promotion Council ✨. Our instructor was Nishida-sensei, a former Asahi Town employee from Oe Town! First, everyone learned the basics of making ramen by hand, and then they made two types of noodles: straight noodles and curly noodles. We received wonderful comments from participants, such as “I was amazed at how delicious it was!” and “It makes me want to open a ramen shop ,” and it was a very lively time.
We are very happy that everyone was able to experience the joy and depth of ramen making. We will continue to plan events that everyone can enjoy. Thank you, Nishida-sensei, for your wonderful instruction today!
