おはようございます！本日も皆さまをだいちゃん農園の無人直売所にお迎えできることを楽しみにしております。朝日町四の沢の直販売所で、完熟の王林と庄内柿（平種無柿）を用意しております。王林は特におすすめで、その美味しさは格別です！さらに、おみ漬けに最適なキクイモも販売中です。高血圧予防に効果的なイヌリンが含まれており、健康志向の方にはぴったりです。
まだフジの収穫は行っておりませんが、それまでは上記の旬の味をお楽しみください。
今日は宮城県から17名のお客様が郷土料理クッキングを体験しに訪れます。メニューには心を込めた芋煮と栗おこわをご用意し、山形県の郷土料理の詰め合わせランチボックスもあります。皆さまの笑顔に出会えることを楽しみにしています。
Good morning ! We look forward to welcoming you to Daichan Farm’s unmanned farm stand today. Located in Yonosawa, Asahi Town, we have fully ripe Ourin and Shonai persimmons (Hiratsutane-mu persimmons) available. Ourin is especially recommended, as its deliciousness is unmatched! We also have Jerusalem artichokes, perfect for omizuke (pickled vegetables). They contain inulin, which is effective in preventing high blood pressure, making them perfect for health-conscious people .
We haven’t harvested the Fuji apples yet, but until then, please enjoy the seasonal flavors mentioned above .
Today, 17 guests from Miyagi Prefecture are visiting for a local cuisine cooking experience. The menu includes our heartfelt taro stew and chestnut rice , as well as a lunch box assortment of Yamagata Prefecture’s local dishes. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces .
