✨皆様に素敵なランチタイムをご提供いたしました。今日は、宮城県大郷町から社会福祉協議会の14名の男性スタッフと3名のサポートスタッフをお迎えし、特別な郷土料理クッキングセッションを行いました。皆様の調理スキルは素晴らしく、ごぼうのささがきや里芋の皮剥きも見事でした！有機野菜の天ぷらやアケビのグラタンは、鍋で熱々に仕上げられ、皆様に大好評いただきました。アンコールをいただき、料理人として本当に嬉しい限りです。山形県朝日町の豊かな食材を使った特別な料理を、心を込めてお届けしました。次回も、心温まるおもてなしをお約束します。
✨We provided everyone with a wonderful lunchtime meal. Today, we welcomed 14 male staff members and three support staff from the Social Welfare Council of Osato Town, Miyagi Prefecture, for a special local cuisine cooking session. Everyone’s cooking skills were incredible, and they were amazing at julienned burdock and peeled taro! The organic vegetable tempura and Akebia gratin were served piping hot in a pot and were a huge hit. As a chef, I’m truly delighted to receive an encore. We served special dishes using the rich ingredients of Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, with all our heart. We promise to provide you with heartwarming hospitality again next time.
