こんにちは 本日は朝日町食生活改善推進協議会が主催する、村山地域の魅力あふれる伝統野菜を使った料理講習会にご参加いただき、ありがとうございました!✨山形県村山地方の伝統の味を存分に活かした料理をご用意しました。味覚を満たす堀米セリや、美しい赤根ほうれん草、風味豊かなもって菊や黄菊をふんだんに使い、参加者の皆様から「これはおいしい!」のお声もいただきました。
生春巻きに彩るもって菊や、ピリ辛の赤根ほうれん草のチヂミ風焼き、そして定番の納豆汁など、どれも健康的で美味しいと評判です。ぜひ、次回もご参加ください!

Hello Thank you very much for participating today in the cooking workshop using the charming traditional vegetables of the Murayama region, hosted by the Asahi Town Dietary Improvement Promotion Council! ✨ We prepared dishes that fully utilized the traditional flavors of the Murayama region in Yamagata Prefecture. Using plenty of Horikome seri that satisfies the palate, beautifully colored Akane spinach, and the aromatic Motte-giku and Kiku flowers, we received comments such as “This is delicious!” from the participants.
Dishes such as spring rolls decorated with Motte-giku, spicy Akane spinach Korean pancake-style, and the classic natto soup—all received a great reputation as being healthy and delicious. Please join us again next time!
At the Asahi Town Dietary Improvement Promotion Council, we are working on activities to promote the appeal of traditional vegetables and raise awareness for health among even more people. We are sincerely looking forward to welcoming new members to support everyone’s smiles and health. ️
