おはようございます女性農業委員研修会のご報告をいたします。研修会では「協働」の大切さを考慮し、意見交換を通じて前向きに進める会議の大切さを学びました。多様な視点を持つ方々と意見を出し合うことで、より良い結論に至ることができますね。こうした学びを今後の農業委員としての活動に反映し、皆様の声をしっかりと受け止め、より良い農業委員会を目指して参ります。山形県、朝日町の農家の皆様の声を、私たちも大変貴重に感じております。これからもどうぞお気軽にご意見をお寄せください。皆様の協力を通じて、共に成長していけるよう努力して参ります
Good morning I would like to report on the Female Agricultural Committee Members’ Training Session. At the training session, we learned the importance of “cooperation” and of holding meetings that move things forward positively through exchanging opinions. By sharing ideas with people who have various perspectives, we can reach better conclusions. I will reflect this learning in my future activities as an agricultural committee member, sincerely listen to everyone’s voices, and strive to create an even better agricultural committee. We greatly appreciate the voices of farmers from Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture. Please continue to feel free to share your opinions with us.
