Today, something wonderful happened at Daichan Farm Guesthouse! We received handmade konjac potatoes from the chairman of Ando Construction Perfect for celebrating the New Year. In the old days, making konjac used to be hard work, but now, thanks to mixers, you can easily make delicious konjac sashimi at home.
