Good evening The trial of the special winter menu at the guesthouse, the Happari Udon Taste Comparison Tour, has begun! Based on Yamagata’s specialty natto udon, we’ve also prepared a little twist with sauces like carbonara-style and acqua pazza-style✨ The acqua pazza-style sauce still needs some more trial and improvement, so please look forward to it!
