昨年、西村山郡女性農業委員の皆様が研修会✨で、わたくしたちの会長である赤湯の黒澤商店を訪れました。置賜のブランド米の素晴らしさを皆様にお届けしていて、心を込めたお米は、アジアCAPの認証を受け、都内の有名ホテルでもご提供されています。海外にも輸出しているそうです。地元の食材の素晴らしさを皆さんと共有でき、本当に嬉しい限りです。
研修日の後、置賜の老舗レストラン西欧葡萄でランチをいただきました。女性の農業委員の皆様が、男性と対等に意見を交わし、未来の農業の発展に貢献されている姿勢を今後も活発化させたいと存じます。
これからも地域とともに成長し、皆様に感動をお届けできるよう努めてまいります。ありがとうございました。
Last year, the women agricultural committee members of Nishimurayama District visited our president, Kurosawa Shoten of Akayu, for a training session✨. We are delivering the excellence of the Okitama brand rice to everyone, and the heartfelt rice has received Asia GAP certification and is served at famous hotels in Tokyo. It is also said to be exported overseas. I am truly delighted to be able to share the excellence of local ingredients with everyone.
After the training day, we had lunch at the long-established Western-style restaurant “Seiou Budou” in Okitama. I hope that the women agricultural committee members, who exchange opinions equally with men and contribute to the future development of agriculture, will continue to become even more active in the future.
We will continue to grow together with the community and strive to deliver excitement to everyone. Thank you very much.
