Today, I headed to snowy Yonezawa City early in the morning to participate in the “Yamagata Okitama Traditional Vegetable Cooking Class.” Our respected Vegetable Sommelier Pro, Ms. Yumi Hiwatashi, whom we vegetable sommeliers admire, is giving a lesson on Italian cuisine using her proud traditional vegetables . I want to gain new inspiration from dishes that make use of nature’s blessings. I’m very happy to be able to meet again with the esteemed Vegetable Sommelier Pro, Ms. Hiwatashi . I definitely plan to buy fresh traditional vegetables at the Yonezawa roadside station and serve the menu I learned today to my family and guests ️. I want to cherish the traditional vegetables of Yamagata.
