今日は素敵なお料理教室の開催がございました!地元・山形おきたまの伝統野菜をふんだんに使った、樋渡由美先生によるイタリアンのレッスンでした️ 小野川もやしや雪菜、紅大豆を始め、花作大根といった特産の野菜たちを使った一品一品が、新しい発見の連続でしたミネストローネや紅大豆ご飯など、どれもゴルゴンゾーラチーズのコクと野菜の甘みが絶妙で、参加者の皆様にも大好評!家族で試してみるにも最適です
帰り際に市内の道の駅や愛菜館で伝統野菜を求めようと思いましたが既に完売でして残念でした。次回ゲスト様や家族への一品として提供してみようと思いました。スタッフや家族も留守の間、雪吐をしてしっかりサポートしてくれ、本当に感謝です

Today, we held a wonderful cooking class! It was an Italian lesson by Ms. Yumi Hiwatashi, using plenty of traditional vegetables from the local Yamagata Okitama area.️ Each dish made with locally produced vegetables, such as Onogawa bean sprouts, yukina, red soybeans, and hanatsukuri radish, was a series of new discoveries. From minestrone to red soybean rice, every dish perfectly balanced the richness of Gorgonzola cheese and the sweetness of the vegetables, and they were all very well received by the participants! They’re also perfect to try with your family.

On the way home, I thought I would buy some traditional vegetables at the roadside station or Aisaikan in the city, but unfortunately they were already sold out. Next time, I’d like to serve them as a dish for guests or family. While I was away, the staff and my family shoveled snow and gave me thorough support—I’m truly grateful.
