We are full of gratitude to everyone who joined the “Hippari Udon” tasting tour on this beautiful winter day. We hope to spread the deliciousness of hippari udon, a traditional Yamagata dish, all over Japan✨
In three days, the filming of Mr. Matayoshi’s program “Doing Nothing on a Day Off” on BS Yoshimoto is scheduled. We’re looking forward to this opportunity for our local delicious food culture to become widely known
