おはようございます今日は春の爽やかな快晴のもとで、「紅秀峰」さくらんぼの芽かき作業をスタートしました紅秀峰は、その大きさが特徴で、特に500玉位の大きなサイズになると、より高い評価をいただいています✨毎年、大玉を好むお客様からの3L以上の注文がたくさん入るのも頷けますね
以前は温暖化の影響が少なく、4Lサイズも栽培できていましたが、今では農園主の年齢が上がり、作業の追いつかない場面も出てきています。反省しつつ、改善を目指しています。
とはいえ、全国の皆様に美味しい山形のさくらんぼを届けるため、今日も全力で取り組んでいきます温暖化に負けず、美味しいフルーツを皆様の食卓へよろしくお願いします！

Good morning Today, under the refreshing clear skies of spring, we have started the bud-thinning work for “Kou Shuhou” cherries. Kou Shuhou is known for its large size, and especially when it reaches a big size around 500 grams, it is highly praised✨. It’s no wonder that every year we receive many orders for 3L and larger sizes from customers who prefer large cherries.
In the past, when the effects of global warming were minor, we were able to cultivate even 4L sizes. However, now as the farm owner gets older, there are situations where it’s difficult to keep up with the work. We reflect on this and are striving for improvement.
Nevertheless, in order to deliver delicious Yamagata cherries to everyone around the country, we will continue to give our very best today as well. Not losing to global warming, we’ll keep bringing delicious fruit to your tables. Thank you for your continued support!
