Good evening With the arrival of spring, we have prepared special hospitality at our inn. The other day, we welcomed wonderful guests and they enjoyed simmered akebi fruit lovingly prepared by our 100-year-old mother, “Naka-chan.” Her homemade dishes are the perfect flavor for the Ohigan season. We are truly grateful to everyone who finished everything on their plates.
Even during busy times, the cooperation of our family and the smiles of our guests are our greatest encouragement. We are honored that guests from Norway also enjoyed the flavors of Japanese autumn.
