Welcome to Daichan Farm Guesthouse. Today, for our special guests, we have prepared traditional Asahi Town frozen rice cakes from Yamagata Prefecture, together with fragrant matcha tea ❄️. These frozen rice cakes are freshly prepared, carefully frozen this winter. Just one bite will bring the nostalgic, old-fashioned taste of Japan to your palate .

Bienvenue à la maison d’hôtes Daichan Farm. Aujourd’hui, pour des invités spéciaux, nous avons préparé le traditionnel shimi-mochi d’Asahi-machi, préfecture de Yamagata, accompagné d’un thé matcha parfumé ❄️. Ce shimi-mochi est frais et soigneusement congelé cet hiver. Une bouchée suffit pour vous envelopper dans les saveurs traditionnelles du Japon d’autrefois .
