Today, I made a wonderful discovery in the hills behind our guesthouse During my daily walk, I successfully harvested bracken for the first time✨ Up until now, it was always my husband who climbed the cliffs to pick them, but today I tried it myself! Surrounded by the blessings of spring nature, my heart feels at ease
By the way, from today we are expecting guests for a three-night stay. To let them fully experience the delicious flavors of spring in Yamagata, I’ll be incorporating the freshly harvested bracken into the meals I hope you will enjoy the hospitality that makes the most of these fresh ingredients
