こんばんは。本日は新鮮なマグロの握りをお出ししました。英国からお越しのお客様も、生の寿司を心から楽しまれたご様子で、大変嬉しく思います。食事の締めくくりには、鉄瓶で沸かしたお湯で淹れたお抹茶と、生クリーム大福をご用意しました。お客様からも「とてもおいしい」とご感想をいただき、私たちも心が温まりました☕。英国家の紳士さまは、日本の伝統文化や先祖を敬う風習にもご興味があるとのことで、お話を伺っているときも和やかな雰囲気が広がりました。日本の”和び さび”を体験しにぜひお越しくださいませ。心よりお待ち申し上げております♀️。
Good evening. Today, we served fresh tuna nigiri. We were very pleased to see that even our guests from the UK seemed to truly enjoy the raw sushi from the bottom of their hearts. To finish the meal, we prepared matcha brewed with water boiled in an iron kettle, along with fresh cream daifuku. We also received feedback from our guests saying, “It was very delicious,” which warmed our hearts as well☕. The gentleman from England showed interest in Japanese traditional culture and the custom of respecting ancestors, so the atmosphere became very pleasant as we listened to his stories. Please do come and experience Japan’s “wabi-sabi.” We sincerely look forward to welcoming you♀️.
