昨日は心地よい陽気の中、お客様と一緒に花摘み体験を楽しみました。
爽やかな風と美しいウグイスの声が心を和ませ、まるで自然に抱かれているような心地よさ✨
夜には、お茶のお稽古も参加。久しぶりの正座に挑戦した参加者の皆さんからは、心地よい疲労感との声も
体験を通じて、日本の美しい四季を感じていただけたら嬉しいです。次回のプログラムもお楽しみに！
The season of Shinano Sweet apples has arrived
Yesterday, we enjoyed a flower-picking experience with our guests in the pleasant weather.
The refreshing breeze and the beautiful song of the Japanese bush warbler soothed our hearts, making us feel as if we were embraced by nature✨
At night, we also took part in a tea ceremony lesson. Those who tried sitting in the seiza position for the first time in a while shared that it left them with a pleasant sense of fatigue
