美しいさくらんぼがテーブルに並ぶまでには、たくさんの努力が潜んでいます
さくらんぼを守るハウスのビニール張りは、家族や友人の助けを借りながら、毎年心を込めて行っています。この作業では、何よりも天候が鍵を握っています。雨が降らないように祈る気持ちは毎回のこと。なぜなら、雨に濡れるとさくらんぼの実が裂けてしまい、本来の風味や価値が失われてしまうからです。
この雨を防ぐために4.8メートルハウスに登り、家族、親戚、友人の手を借りてビニールを張り詰めます。
農園主も歳を重ねる中、作業はますます大変になってきていますが、安全と品質のために全力を尽くしています。そのため、さくらんぼが少し高価に感じられるかもしれませんが、そこには計り知れない手間と愛情が込められているのです。

A lot of effort is hidden behind the beautiful cherries lined up on the table
Every year, we put our hearts into covering the houses that protect the cherries with vinyl, with the help of family and friends. In this work, weather is the key more than anything. We pray every time that it won’t rain. This is because, if the cherries get wet from rain, the fruit will split and lose its original flavor and value.
To prevent this rain, we climb up into 4.8-meter-high houses and, with the hands of family, relatives, and friends, carefully spread the vinyl.
As the owner of the farm grows older, the work is becoming more and more difficult, but we are doing everything we can for safety and quality. That is why the cherries might feel a little expensive, but there is immeasurable effort and love put into them.
