お食事も地元の風味を活かした郷土料理でおもてなし。アケビの袋煮や鮎の塩焼き、季節の有機野菜で彩られたサラダが評判です。他にも、山形名物のさくらんぼやふっくら炊きたてのご飯も大好評！どの品も心を込めてご提供しています

Welcome to Asahi Town, rich in all four seasons ✨
Right now, the Air Festival is in full swing here in Asahi Town. This town, which has valued the spirit of the SDGs for over 45 years, is a special place where the beauty of nature is woven together with its culture.
At our Daichan Farm Guesthouse, we are always mindful of sustainable practices, providing comfort and joy to everyone who visits . We focus on recycling and the 3Rs, highlighting the charm of Yamagata with the spirit of “mottainai” (not wasting what is precious).
Our meals showcase local flavors with traditional country cuisine. Dishes such as simmered Akebi in a pouch, salt-grilled sweetfish, and salads decorated with seasonal organic vegetables are highly praised. Yamagata specialties like cherries and plump freshly cooked rice are also very popular! Every dish is prepared with heartfelt care

Bienvenue à Asahi-machi, riche des quatre saisons✨
Actuellement, le festival de l’air bat son plein à Asahi-machi. Depuis plus de 45 ans, cette ville accorde de l’importance à l’esprit des ODD (SDG’s) et constitue un lieu unique où se mêlent la beauté naturelle et la culture.
Notre maison d’hôtes Daichan Farm s’engage également chaque jour pour la durabilité, afin d’apporter aux visiteurs sécurité et bonheur. Nous mettons l’accent sur le recyclage et les trois R, et valorisons l’esprit de « mottainai » pour faire ressortir le charme de Yamagata.
Nos repas mettent à l’honneur la cuisine locale aux saveurs du terroir. Le sac farci d’akebi, l’ayu grillé au sel, et la salade décorée de légumes bios de saison sont très appréciés.
