Today, please enjoy a specially prepared, delicious meat experience. The highlights are the juicy ribs of Yonezawa beef, the delicate skirt steak of Yamagata beef, and the tenderness of Kagoshima black pork.
Furthermore, the vegetables are from our own farm. These fresh vegetables were carefully grown by my 100-year-old mother.
