暑さにも負けず、今朝は4時から農園へ。りんごへの愛情を込めて、今日も頑張っています。
夫は農家のベンツと通称呼ばれるスプレーでりんごの消毒へ向かいました。
昨日はイスラエルからのゲストと一緒にBBQを楽しみました！山形牛と比内鶏、どちらもハラール準拠で準備し、100歳の母が心を込めて育てたお野菜も添えてご提供しました。ゲストの「感激」の言葉に、私たちの頬もほころびました。
1ヶ月にわたる日本旅行の中から、私たちの民宿を選んでいただき心から感謝いたします。アットホームで温かな雰囲気を大切にしていますので、皆さまもぜひ次回遊びに来てくださいね！次のBBQはどんな国の方々と味わえるでしょうか？楽しみです✨

Undeterred by the heat, I was at the orchard from 4 a.m. this morning. Pouring my love into the apples, I’m working hard again today .
My husband headed off to spray and protect the apples using what’s commonly called the “Benz of the farming world.”
Yesterday, we enjoyed a BBQ together with guests from Israel! We prepared Yamagata beef and Hinai chicken, both in accordance with halal guidelines, and served them along with vegetables lovingly grown by my 100-year-old mother. When our guests expressed how impressed they were, it brought a smile to our faces .
We are truly grateful that, out of a month-long trip around Japan, you chose to stay at our guesthouse. We cherish a homely and warm atmosphere, so please do come again for your next visit! I wonder from which countries our next BBQ guests will come? I’m looking forward to it ✨
