真心込めて育てられた地元の米沢牛は、年齢を問わず、食べる人すべてを笑顔にしてくれます。今日の出来事でも私たちの家族の絆を再確認できた素晴らしいひとときでした。特に百歳の母が喜んでいたのは、焼き加減が絶妙で柔らかいお肉の味わいです。その一言、「これならいくらでも食べられる！」が忘れられません。

Today, we enjoyed a BBQ in the refreshing late-summer breeze.
The locally raised Yonezawa beef, lovingly nurtured, brings smiles to everyone who eats it, regardless of age. Today was a wonderful time that allowed our family to reaffirm our bonds. What especially delighted my hundred-year-old mother was the perfectly grilled, tender flavor of the meat. I will never forget her words: “I could eat as much of this as I want!”
By spending precious time with family, we were able to escape our daily busyness and create wonderful memories surrounded by rich nature. I hope this place can become a source of comfort for you as well.
