The grandmother, our beloved signboard lady who has reached 100 years old, is lining up freshly harvested vegetables from the field on the table from early morning today as well. At our inn, we cherish this kind of handmade, warm home-cooked taste and provide it to everyone.
The okonomiyaki that grandmother makes has a flavor unique to home cooking, and its deliciousness brings a sense of comfort. Even if breakfast is simple, its warmth is a dish that touches the heart.
