りんごの季節が到来し、今日も忙しい一日が始まりました。朝の爽やかな時間を、ゲストの皆様をお見送りしてスタート。朝食をへて、ピザ窯へ火を入れる準備を済ませます。その後は畑に出て、新鮮なりんごの収穫作業へと向かいました。
昼間は、収穫したりんごを丁寧に箱詰めし、ゲストの方々にその新鮮さをお届けできるよう準備を整えます。毎日の作業は忙しくも充実していて、一つ一つが大切な時間です。今日の締めくくりは、静岡からの農家のゲスト様を迎え入れること。農業の楽しさを共有し、様々なことを語り合えるひとときが待っています。

The apple season has arrived, and another busy day has begun. The day starts in the refreshing morning hours by seeing off our guests. After breakfast, preparations are made to light the pizza oven. Afterwards, I head to the fields to harvest fresh apples.
During the day, I carefully pack the harvested apples into boxes, getting everything ready so guests can enjoy their freshness. Although the daily work is busy, every single moment is valuable and fulfilling. Today will end with welcoming a guest farmer from Shizuoka. I am looking forward to a time where we can share the joy of farming and talk about many things.
