昨日テレビ撮影のため、ご夕食をご用意できなかったゲストさまに、心を込めたご朝食をお届けしました。山形ならではの味覚を満喫していただけるよう、いちじくや栗の渋皮煮、アケビのグラタン焼き、そしてアユの甘露煮や焼き物など、地元の旬の食材をふんだんに使った郷土料理をご用意しました。

We served you a special breakfast️
Since dinner could not be provided yesterday due to television filming, we delivered a heartfelt breakfast to you. To let you fully enjoy flavors unique to Yamagata, we prepared local cuisine featuring plenty of seasonal local ingredients, such as stewed figs and chestnuts with skins, baked gratin of akebi, and simmered sweetfish (ayu) in sweet soy sauce, as well as grilled dishes.
