When I hear the sound of the firewood burning steadily, I can’t wait for the pizza to be ready . This time, a close friend from Tokyo sent me a special dough. My dough-stretching skills are still a work in progress, but I’ll keep experimenting to delight all our guests. The cheese pizza lavishly uses akebi and apples, and is finished as a dessert pizza with a hint of sweet agave syrup. Please enjoy these new flavors ✨
Every pizza that comes out of the oven shows a slightly different character each time, but exploring that is part of the fun. I’m working through trial and error today as well, to make sure I can offer the best pizza possible during this process. The smiles of our guests are our very best source of energy.
