今日は100歳の看板娘、おばあちゃんが農作業に励み、たくさんの里芋を掘り出しました。友人から100年以上受け継がれてきた貴重な種芋から育てたこの里芋。秋の芋煮にも、冬の納豆汁にもぴったりです。

Satoimo has been harvested!
Today, our 100-year-old poster girl, the grandma, worked hard on the farm and dug up a lot of satoimo. This satoimo was grown from precious seed potatoes that have been passed down for over 100 years from a friend. They are perfect for autumn imoni stew and winter natto soup.
