We offer Imoni stew made luxuriously with Yamagata beef, and simmered taro—a staple of wintertime home cooking. Experience a calming moment with these homely dishes. The sweet simmered ayu fish will delight your palate alongside fresh vegetable sides such as ohitashi and pickles.
