三連休の中日、皆様には楽しく過ごされた事と存知ます。✨アメリカユタ州からリンゴ作りに携わる青年と、とても日本語が堪能な宣教師のナイスガイたちが訪れ、家族のように親しくディナー️を楽しんでいただきました。アケビを使ったアクアパッサァ風スープライスはトマトリゾットのような仕立てで、新鮮さと独特の風味をご堪能いただけたようです。また、日本の唐揚げも非常に気に入っていただけたご様子でした。明日は、この青年たちがリンゴ畑での作業を手伝ってくださるという素敵なご縁も。日本人カップルのお客様も2日目の夜を経験され、前日とは異なるスタイルの夕食で新たな日本の味を楽しんでいただきました。今後も、多様な文化を感じ取れるおもてなしを心掛けて参ります。ありがとうございました！
I hope everyone had a great time on the middle day of the three-day weekend. ✨A young man from Utah, USA who grows apples and a group of nice missionary guys who are fluent in Japanese came to visit and enjoyed a dinner️ like family. The Aquapassa-style soup rice made with Akebia was prepared like a tomato risotto, and it seemed that they enjoyed the freshness and unique flavor. They also seemed to like the Japanese fried chicken very much. We have a wonderful connection with the young men who will help us work in the apple orchard tomorrow. A Japanese couple also experienced the second night and enjoyed a new Japanese taste with a different style of dinner from the previous day. We will continue to strive to provide hospitality that allows us to feel the diversity of cultures. Thank you!
