赤湯でのペット宿泊研修の締めくくりに訪れたのは、地元で有名な「元祖赤湯龍上海本店」でした。多くのレビューで絶賛されるその味を確かめるため、1時間半の列に並びましたが、その価値は十分にありました❗ラーメンの麺はしっかりとしたコシがあり、スープは濃厚で深い味わい。特製の辛味噌が入ったスープは身体を芯から温めてくれ、完璧なアクセントを加えていました。口いっぱいに広がる旨みを感じながら、つい夢中になって完食してしまいました✨。ラーメンを堪能しながら、地元の食文化に触れるこの体験は、旅の素晴らしい締めくくりとなりました。次回もぜひ訪れたいと思います！
The final stop on our pet accommodation training in Akayu was the famous local restaurant “Ganso Akayu Ryu Shanghai Main Branch” . We waited in line for an hour and a half to try the ramen, which has been praised by many reviews, but it was well worth it❗The ramen noodles had a firm texture and the soup was rich and deep in flavor. The soup, which contained special spicy miso, warmed us from the inside out and added the perfect accent. Feeling the umami that spread throughout our mouths, we became engrossed and ate the whole thing✨. This experience of experiencing the local food culture while enjoying ramen was a wonderful way to end our trip. We would definitely like to visit again next time!
