今日はとても忙しい一日でした！早朝3時に起きて、25箱の幕の内弁当を手作りしました✨。それらを無事に配達し、次に向かったのは文化教室の初釜です。そこで、不慣れなお上客を務めながら、お濃茶のお点前をさせていただきました。
この日は、仲立ち、八寸、お薄のお点前を皆さんと交互に行い、非常に有意義な経験を積むことができました。お弁当にはなんと30種類もの品目を詰め込み、賄いの春ちゃんには美味しい卵焼きを手伝っていただきました。改めて、日々稽古の大切さを実感し、今年も楽しみながら精進を続ける所存です。
どれも手間ひまかけた一品ばかりですが、多くの方に喜んでいただけたことが何よりの励みになりました。今年も新たな挑戦を恐れず、一歩一歩進んでいこうと思います！
Today was a very busy day! I woke up at 3am and made 25 boxes of makunouchi bento by hand✨. After delivering them safely, I headed to the Hatsugama ceremony at the cultural class. There, I served thick tea to the inexperienced guests.
On this day, we took turns with everyone to serve the Nakadachi, Hassun, and O-Ushi tea, and it was a very meaningful experience. We packed 30 different items into the bento, and Haru-chan, who is the staff, helped me make delicious tamagoyaki. Once again, I realized the importance of daily practice, and I intend to continue to work hard and have fun this year.
All of them were time-consuming dishes, but the fact that so many people enjoyed them was the greatest encouragement. This year, I will continue to take new challenges one step at a time without being afraid of new challenges!
