おはようございます。昨夜は、東京での最後の夜を娘と一緒に過ごしました。渋谷に繰り出し、二人で髪をカットしてイメチェン♀️。ショートヘアは手入れが大変ですが、ドライヤーのかけ方を美容師さんから丁寧に指導していただき、とてもラッキーでした。
そして夕食は、一人盛りで提供される居酒屋へ。手の込んだ料理の数々に感動しました️。特にポテトサラダのアレンジや新鮮なお造りは、見た目も味もコスパ最高でした。この素晴らしい体験を次回、おもてなしの料理に活かしたいと考えています。

Good morning. Last night, I spent my last night in Tokyo with my daughter. We went out to Shibuya and got a haircut and a makeover♀️. Short hair is hard to maintain, but the hairdresser carefully taught me how to use a hair dryer, so I was very lucky.
For dinner, we went to an izakaya that serves individual portions. I was impressed by the elaborate dishes️. In particular, the potato salad arrangement and the fresh sashimi were great value for money in terms of appearance and taste. I would like to use this wonderful experience in the food I serve to entertain guests next time.
I am grateful to have been able to share such a wonderful time, and I think I can start a new journey with the memories of my next trip in my heart✈️. I hope you all have a wonderful day.
