Our wonderful guests from Thailand enjoyed the charms of winter in Yamagata❄️. They particularly tried our specialty natto soup, and were surprised by its unique flavor, but in the end, they finished it all with a smile✨. When they tried julienned burdock, they enjoyed using a Japanese peeler, and even prepared konnyaku with unfamiliar hands. It was a truly heartwarming moment. The moments when we deepened our intercultural exchange by experiencing traditional Japanese cuisine together are very precious to us.
