本日のお料理はアケビの煮物。山形の伝統を肌で感じる一品で、お彼岸には欠かせない郷土料理なんですよ。材料のアケビやうち豆、人参、ごぼう、椎茸、干瓢どれも仲ちゃんの愛情たっぷりの手作りです。特に干瓢は昨夏、仲ちゃんが丹精込めて育てた夕顔を丁寧に干したもの。「スローフード」は、ここだいちゃん農園✨で代々受け継がれてきたおばあちゃんの愛そのものです。

Today’s dish is stewed Akebia. It is a dish that makes you feel the tradition of Yamagata, and is a local dish that is indispensable during the equinox. The ingredients, Akebia, soybeans, carrots, burdock, shiitake mushrooms, and dried gourd, are all handmade by Naka-chan with lots of love. The dried gourd in particular is made from evening primrose that Naka-chan carefully grew and dried last summer. “Slow food” is the love of grandmothers that has been passed down from generation to generation here at Daichan Farm✨.
